Our new Madsen Dress can’t stop, won’t stop, in a cotton-silk blend with a hand-painted watercolor print, contrast piping and eyelet lace panels. This frock has ruffled elastic straps, a scoop neck and an overlapping triangle detail at front that creates cutouts at the side-waist and an open lower back (also with elastic). The skirts flows to a high-low hem at bottom. Add a layer with our Kenzly Pullover.
